      公司成立于2002年，拥有多年的服装生厂历史，具有自营进出口权。公司占地面积15000余平方米，注册资本143.8万美元，投资总额160万美元。现在员工300余人，机器280台，设有10多条生产流水线，并有专业的服装设计人员，是一家集设计、生产、贸易为一体的综合性合资企业。

     公司拥有"重机"、"兄弟"系列的高速平缝车，以及包缝车、双针平缝车、双针链条车、双针及三针臂式链条车、圆头及平头锁眼车、套结机、高压整烫机等各类精良的服装现代专用生产设备，通过CAD系统设计、打样、放码。能满足各类服饰的加工、生产。

       公司已经取得国家商标局"云木"商标注册证，将通过"云木"服饰品牌，进一步开发国内外市场。

地处上海至苏州的苏虹机场路旁。东距上海市近在咫尺，西离苏州市仅十余公里。紧依沪宁高速公路、312国道、沪宁铁路、苏州绕城高速公路等公路等现代交通动脉，交通十分便利。
